From 2015-2016 Michelle took excellent care of our 2 year old daughter. We found Michelle after having to remove our daughter from a daycare center due to repeated fevers and ear infections. Once in Michelle's in-home care her health improved dramatically- no more ear infections. We had a very positive experience with Michelle and stopped using her service because my wife was able to stay home instead. 

 As a new mom trying to find someone to take care of your baby its probably one of the hardest thing I've had to do. You have so many concerns, worries leaving your baby with a stranger. I went through it all, I actually found Michelle on Craigslist and after meeting her and her family I felt a lot better about leaving our 6 month old son. She sent me pictures all the time while I was at work, of him sleeping, playing or just hanging out. I knew after a few days that he was in good hands and I had nothing to worry about. Our son is now 6 and even thought we have since moved back to California, anytime my son is sick she always checking in on us. 

I met Michelle when my daughter was quite small, not yet 2 years old. I had never placed her in any daycare before and I was understandably cautious.

I cannot be happier with how our experience with Michelle played out. My little one absolutely loved being there. Michelle and her family loves her as much as she loves them to this very day. My girl is now 6 years old. We formed a lasting friendship with this family that I am so grateful for.

My daughter received excellent care and attention. She was kept active and engaged with educational and play time activities. They regularly enjoyed outdoor time (which I think is very important). Michelle is very conscious of providing healthy meals and snacks. While MY little angel never caused a day's problem (hahaha), I have observed Michelle address many issues with compassion, concern and consistency, such as: behavioral, medical, allergy, specialized diets, and developmental delays. She has gained my utmost confidence and trust.

 Michelle provided in home daycare services for my daughter from July 2018 until March 2020. Michelle’s home was safe and welcoming for my daughter who went to her from the time she was 7 months old until she was 2. Michelle was reliable and flexible. She always made the kids safety and health a top priority. She enforced her rules about illness to ensure she and other kids are not exposed to any potential illnesses. My work schedule required me to come in earlier some days - with advanced notice Michelle was willing to allow me to drop off earlier. She gave as much advance notice as possible for days she would need to be closed (usually 1-2 months in advance) so this allowed my husband and I to work out alternate child care.  She helped my daughter make handmade gifts on Mother’s Day and Christmas which I will treasure forever. She was an extension of our family and my daughter loved going to her house everyday.

My daughter always enjoyed going to childcare with Michelle. I never had any worries knowing she would be well taken care of. She had plenty to keep her entertained and content. I would also get pictures of my daughter throughout the day so that I could see how she was doing. Michelle is also great with communicating how the day went and if my daughter needed any supplies. Overall, a wonderful childcare experience with piece of mind!

Tiny Tadpoles has been the best for my boys! Our oldest started when he was just 3 months old and left just after he turned 2. My youngest started at 7 months and will be leaving at 15 months. Michelle and her daughter are the greatest. Not only do my kids love going there but i felt at ease leaving them in Michelle's care- and i interviewed Nannie's and other daycares. She's the only person i felt calm and comfortable with. Bring your babies here! They will thrive and be loved.

Our experience at Tiny Tadpoles has been wonderful! From the very beginning, both of my daughters have received so much love, care, and individual attention. My oldest is 2½ years old, and my newborn also attends. Mrs. Michelle and Ms. Sarah are amazing caregivers who are flexible with scheduling, communicate exceptionally well, and truly care about every child. My toddler is always excited to go each day, and we’ve seen such a big improvement in her communication skills and confidence since she started there. When we were looking for childcare, I was incredibly anxious. My husband and I had never left our children in anyone else’s care—not even with our own parents, so finding someone we could truly trust was our highest priority. From the very beginning, Mrs. Michelle and Ms. Sarah made that transition so much easier than we ever expected. We appreciated the patience they had with our kids as they adjusted to being away from us. We’ve watched her become more independent, confident, and social, and we’ve appreciated how Mrs. Michelle partnered with us through every developmental stage—from transitioning away from pacifiers, purées, and bottles, to encouraging independent sleep and helping us navigate new toddler behaviors.


One thing that has always stood out is Mrs. Michelle’s communication. She keeps us informed, works collaboratively with us, and genuinely wants what’s best for our children. As parents, we’ve always felt heard, respected, and confident in her years of experience caring for children. More than anything, Tiny Tadpoles gave us something that’s difficult to put into words: peace of mind.


After becoming a mom of two back-to-back, I struggled with balancing my identity as both a mother and a professional. Knowing my children were safe, loved, and genuinely cared for allowed me to return to my career with confidence. They’ve also been there for our family during moments when work unexpectedly demanded more of us. Even when they had things going on in their own lives, they found ways to help us when they could, and that kindness has never been forgotten.

Before enrolling, I remember reading another parent’s review describing Tiny Tadpoles as “a village.” At the time, I thought it was a sweet phrase. Now I completely understand what they meant. Tiny Tadpoles became part of our village, too. I honestly cried when it was time for our son to graduate to preschool because we knew we were leaving behind people who had become such an important part of our family’s journey. If you’re looking for someone who will love your children, care for them like family, encourage their growth, provide a safe and nurturing environment, and also set loving boundaries with structure and accountability, I wholeheartedly recommend Tiny Tadpoles.
